11/21 & 11/22: Leviathan Lab’s Ghost Stories at University Settlement

Composer-collaborator friend Bob Kelly and I are working on a new short piece, LOBSTERS LIVE FOREVER, loosely adapted from an Inuit folk tale, to be presented as a staged reading at Leviathan Lab’s GHOST STORIES on November 21st and 22nd. The piece was commissioned and developed as part of Leviathan Lab’s New Musicals Initiative.

Ghost Stories

Award-winning lyricist/librettist Robert Lee (Heading East, Takeaway) curates an evening of staged readings of new musicals inspired by traditional Asian ghost stories and created by Asian American composers and lyricists. Each performance will be followed by a talk-back and reception.
